People
Genesys was founded
by Dr. Suthep Madarasmi in 1995. He is currently the managing director
of the company. Dr. Suthep holds a Ph.D. degree from the University of
Minnesota and bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Michigan State
University, USA, all in the field of computer science. His areas of
expertise include software engineering, database systems, and artificial
intelligence. He is currently Associate Professor and Department Head of
the Computer Engineering Department, King Mongkut's University of
Technology Thonburi. Among the technical staff at Genesys are 4
employees holding masters degrees and the remaining 9 holding bachelors
degrees, all in computer science or engineering.
Quality
To ensure a quality
software product, Genesys strictly adheres to software engineering
principles for each software development process whether it be
requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, or
project management. We place a strong emphasis on quality assurance by
exercising stringent testing and review procedures for each of our
software and work products. Our customers can, therefore, count on a
quality, well-designed, user-friendly product done right and delivered

been used in auto-parts, metal parts, cosmetic, food, and garment

planning & scheduling, production process flow/WIP management,
finance & accounts, asset management, automatic costing, human

payments, A/P for companies, house cleaning management, inventory
management, restaurant & room service management, mini-bar
